My experience with Get It Done Transportation was great. I received so many calls and was so overwhelmed. When I spoke to Rachael she was very knowledgeable and put me at ease, she wasn't pushy and took the time to explain how the entire process works and what to expect. She was always available to take my calls and if she couldn't David was there to back her up and help me with anything I needed. My driver was polite the vehicle was picked up and delivered within the timeframe Rachael indicated, the driver called me an hour in advance to let me know he would be arriving so I wasn't stuck waiting and lose time at work the vehicle arrived no issues or damage. The price was exactly what Rachael and I had agreed on - there were NO HIDDEN FEE'S whatsoever.
Both David and Rachael made what I thought would be a very stressful situation very easy. They are family owned and operated and truly treated me like family. I highly recommend Get It Done Transportation for all your transport needs!
