This company was very professional. Only complaint I would have would be, it was very tough to contact the driver to get updates. My first available date for pickup was Sept 1. He was originally supposed to be here on the afternoon of Sept 2, but had a mechanical problem with his truck and didn't show up until about 10am on the 3rd. Which would have been fine, if he had bothered to contact me. I finally tracked him down about 5pm on the 2nd, and he explained what was going on. Unfortunately, I basically wasted the afternoon of Sept 2 waiting for him. But honestly, other than that, when he did show up, he was very professional, and answered all my questions. Delivery took place 7 days later, which was in the time frame of 5-7 days that I was given. If I needed to ship another vehicle, I would definitely consider using this company again, very economical way to ship a car across the country.
