Good but not Great

A 3 day window for pickup was provided. Once contract was received for signing it list that if vehicle is not picked up in 10 days (not sure if this included weekend days) from posting a refund could be issued. When I asked Anthony about this he said oh we have trucks leaving my area on a daily basis and my vehicle would be picked with in the 3 day window. In the mean time I read rating views, good and bad, but remained confident hanging on to Anthony's every word. The 3 day window came and went.I spoke with Anthony for an update, did not argue about the 3 day period, having made up my mind that I would just ride out the 10 days. To give the benefit of doubt I decided I'd wait 10 business days. Anthony informed me that my vehicle was posted, it's taking a little bit longer and I would receive an email and text soon once dispatched. I calmly responded ok thanks. I received dispatch 7 days (including the weekend) later than the close of my 3 day window. Anthony was very nice, professional and informative. If he would have just stuck to communicating the 10 day rule listed in the contract my experience would have been perfect. Because he did not and assured me that it will be within the 3 days window, my perception is that it was a sales pitch and push to get me to go ahead and sign the contract. I really wanted to rate as 5. This is an area of opportunity for AT123 with integrity and operations. Once my vehicle was dispatched to a carrier, it was picked up when the driver told me it would be and delivered on the day that the driver told me. I would probably use again but may not be my first choice.
