I did a great deal of research online prior to choosing Transport123 as I have never transported a vehicle before. Autotransport123 had excellent ratings and after my initial phone call to them and speaking with Mechalia, I felt very comfortable in contracting their services. On the day of the scheduled pick-up in Ohio I learned from my dealer that they did not recommend that I use an open air auto mover but to use an enclosed auto mover for security reasons and the potential for inclement weather. I immediately called Mechalia with this change and within an hour a new contract was sent to me, albeit for a bit more money, but I was relieved to know that it would be taken care of. This change only created a delay of a day or two, however an enclosed transport trailer picked up my vehicle on the revised scheduled pick-up day and it was delivered three days later as quoted to me. The driver was very courteous and my vehicle looked to be very well secured inside the trailer with no damage or other concerns. I highly recommend this broker, AutoTransport123.
