Our experience with Amerifreight was very positive. We had innumerable questions leading up to the actual shipment and were helped by multiple people. Melissa D. was our case manager. She answered our umpteen questions patiently and followed up after delivery to make sure everything had gone well. We even got answers from her following receipt of an OOO and after hours. Thank you Melissa - you made a stressful process much easier.
