My experience with All Roads Express was horrible. The sales person wanted to close a deal by not being honest with me. I wanted my car moved on a Wednesday. I received a call from the mentioned transport company stating that there was a truck that was almost full and had a spot to pick up my car on a requested Wednesday . I asked if they were sure my car was going to move on Wednesday and the sales person said, If I sign the agreement form, he GUARANTEED that my car was going to be picked up on Wednesday. I trusted him and signed the form. My car was not moved as promised, I cancelled the order and requested a refund, Its been close to 90 days, I still don't have my refund. Owner, calls himself Dave, has displayed lack of customer service, no respect of customer at all. Bad ethics, all they want is take your money, they don't care if you are satisfied with their service or not. I still want my $195 from them. If anyone is starting a class lawsuit count me in.
