Wow! This was the BEST customer service I have ever gotten in my life! I struggled to go and get my new car myself for three months. When I finally reached out to transportation services I immediately got a call from Justin from AAA Transport Company. He was extremely calm, polite, professional, answered all my many questions.
My estimate was fair and quick. I had many complications in my situation, for instance the keys were not with the car and I didn't have anyone that could meet the driver. All my issues were handled with Justin's expertise. The car was shockingly picked up the next day! Then delivered less than 24 hours later in a really nice enclosed truck, in perfect condition! Thank you Justin! I have and will continue to tell everyone I know about this wonderful service from Justin at AAA Transport! I also want to add that hundreds of other companies contacted me after I did my initial search, and before I closed the deal with AAA. They all paled in comparison with automated phone calls and emails.
