Debbie at Way To Go helped organize a car shipping company to ship my '70 Cadillac. Her customer service and communications were excellent throughout. Unfortunately the shipping date was delayed twice, both times due to factors completely outside Debbie's control. The first truck to show up didn't have enough room for my car, even though they had been told exactly what type of car it was. The second delivery date was delayed due to Hurricane Harvey. In the end, TJ from Middle Tennessee Auto Transport was able to pick my car up and did a great job of getting it safely to TX. His communication and service was also excellent. When I need to move another car, I'll definitely call Debbie again.
