The overall experience was fantastic. The customer service rep was knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I would definitely recommend this company if you are in the market to ship a vehicle cross country. I needed my car shipped immediately, next day, and the shipment arrived earlier than expected. They even accommodated my limited delivery window. Great experience!
