I selected Ship a Car after talking with several other shipping arrangers. John was great! He provided a detailed outline of the process and answered all of our questions, both before and after the order was placed.

Only problem was on the delivery end when the car suddenly was available for delivery late one evening, the day before the first agreed delivery date with no advance warning. My daughter (who was traveling to the delivery city the next day) had to make special arrangements with a frend, who fortunately was available and able to accommodate the carrier's desired schedule. It would have been nice to have 24 hours notice so that this wasn't such a fire drill!
