Shipment went really well. I received great communication between the time I requested shipment and right before my car was scheduled to be picked up. I was frustrated because the week I was scheduled to have my car picked up, I did not hear anything. I called and emailed a couple of times without hearing back. The day before the last day I was scheduled to have my car picked up (out of 5 days), I finally got a hold of my representative. I was flying out of town the next day and not returning. I wish my representative had communicated that there were no available trucks and that it would be best to change my criteria from enclosed to open in order to meet my schedule requirements. Once I was matched with a delivery truck, the process was great. Anthony, the driver communicated very well and took good care of my car. There was no damage.
