This was the first time shipping a car for me. After asking friends for referrals or recommendation to no avail, I chose Ship a Car Direct by doing internet research. They were not quite the cheapest, but seemed the best choice for me. Turns out it was the right decision. Scott, my customer support contact, was very helpful- he stayed in contact with me throughout process and answered all my questions. Although it took longer than expected (a month - due to holiday season) to get a carrier, the driver was great! He was easy to work with arranging details of pick-up & drop-off. The car arrived in Iowa 3 days sooner than originally quoted!! I would use Ship A Car Direct again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!
