The overall process was easy and smooth. I was helped along the way by the customer service representative, Eric. He was very knowledgable and confident. He assured me throughout the process and quickly answered any questions or concerns I had.
Pick up of our cars was on time. The driver could not meet us at our home because of the semi trailer was too big so he asked us to meet him at a nearby location. He waited patiently while we drove both vehicles over to load.
Our transport driver was different from the pickup person, and to our surprise both vehicles arrived two days earlier then expected. We were very happy about this rather then them arriving late to their destination. We had family meet the driver to sign off on our vehicles arrival and they commented how friendly the driver was.
Everything couldn't have gone smoother. Would highly recommend and use their service again!
