This was my first experience using a transport company. I talked with Justine Musselman about transporting my vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about the company and up front with the entire process. The thing I like about Mercury is that they weren't "hounding me" like the other companies, constantly calling or sending emails. Justine did however send me updates and kept me informed of what was going on through the entire process. She is very friendly and easy to work with. The driver she found was friendly and efficient. My vehicle was transported to it's destination and was there first thing in the morning. Mercury Transport in my opinion is an Outstanding company and I will definitely use them in the future should I need this type of service. I highly recommend them!
