I was very frustrated trying to find an auto transport company to transport my vehicle from one state to another. Multiple attempts to reach out with no response,no answers,long hold times and one agent hung up the phone after I was on hold for an hour. I finally reached out to Mercury. Danielle quickly responded offering her assistance. She provided great customer service by thoroughly explaining the process and being up front about costs. She remained in constant contact to ensure my concerns were addressed and that everything was going smoothly. I really appreciate her help in this process.
