Received a quote from KVB on Saturday evening and Kevin called me back the next day on Sunday. Most companies wanted $1100+ for the car and required a credit card on file before hand. KVB does not take your card until they have found you a carrier. This was incredibly reassuring as this was my first time shipping a car. He was able to negotiate the transport for $775 He also explained to me in great detail how the whole broker-carrier relationship works and point out some common traps/scams of other brokers. I quickly realized that he was 100% correct about their scams and I felt as though he was someone I could trust. Customer service, pricing, and ease of booking is what made this such an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be contacting KVB again for my next car shipping.
