Working with Arnold Hight was a pleasure. He was responsive to my calls, proactive in assuring timely completion of my shipment, attentive to my specific needs, and followed up with me repeatedly during shipment to check that everything was going smoothly. My car was on a less traveled route and I was impressed with how far Arnold went to arrange for transport. Due to the fact that my car was not on a common route it was not picked up as promptly as Arnold had originally quoted but he was diligent in looking for a transport to my location. I will use Arnold Hight and Auto Shipping Group Inc again when I ship another vehicle and recommend him to others.
