Michael Rhine and Auto Shipping Group (ASG) are unbelievable. As shipping brokers, ASG worked around the clock to ensure my vehicle was picked up and delivered as agreed. Michael was constantly in touch with me from the time my vehicle was picked up until it was delivered...and was always there when I had concerns or questions. Upfront and honest from the start...Michael was extremely helpful and honest, and reliable (which alleviated the anxiety and put me at ease...this was the first time I had shipped a vehicle across country) When the actual "contracted" shipping company (Safeway Auto) "dropped the ball" and missed the contracted delivery date, Michael was right there on top of the problem and worked relentlessly to resolve the issue with Safeway. I can't recommend Michael and ASG enough and would use them again without hesitation. If I move another vehicle across country, I will definitely be calling Michael and ASG.
