I've used All Star Direct twice now and both times I have ended up so happy. The dedicated staff have won me over. I have to give a shout out to that really helpful customer service member, Lila. She is really sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. From the very beginning, she was just on top of EVERYTHING. Besides the staff's sharp professionalism and attention to detail, I liked how Lila brought personality, and had some humor each time I spoke with her. Will be using again. Thank you, Lila!
