Dispatch was difficult to understand and did not answer my questions. Driver called when he was already in the park and a day early. Called when he thought he was at the destination but was still 3 hours away. After he got to the park it took almost 2 hours to park the rig. No obstacles or anything close to the area where we wanted it parked. I was so mad at this kid I couldn’t even look at him. Definitely not what I expected
